Union Ink™ Maxopake screen printing inks PADE

Union Ink™ Maxopake™ (PADE) screen printing inks are the highest opacity ink series offered in Union Ink's portfolio. These standard cure colors offer a limited variety of bleed resistant formulations for cotton and polyester blends.

MAXO colors can be printed with-out an under base on dark garments.
Simply print-flash-print until desired color value is reached

For softer prints on light colored garments or under base plates, extend
MAXO colors 1:1 with MIXE9090 Extender Base

For hybrid Plasticharge colors, combine your MAXO ink 1:1 with Aquarius
Plasticharge Additive activating with 6% Aquarius Activator

We do not recommend reducing Maxopake inks when printing on dark
fabrics as this will reduce the opacity of the finished print. If necessary,
reduce up to 3% of ASI Viscosity Buster.

When printing on light colored fabrics you may add MIXE9090 Extender
Base 1:1 to MAXO inks.

MAXO colors can be printed over a low-bleed under base white such as
PLHE1070 /1075 Diamond and Brite low bleed whites. Overprint Maxopake
inks through 140-305 t/in (55-120 t/cm) monofilament mesh.

CAUTION: High opacity inks may crock. Red pigmented inks are especially
subject to this problem. To control or reduce crocking, add MIXE9090
Extender Base. Always test this product for curing, adhesion, crocking,
opacity, washability and other specific requirements before using in
production.
